Deborah Dumont graduated with a Doctor of Social Work from Rutgers University. She has substantial experience helping people with trauma, self-injury, mood disorders, and eating disorders. She utilizes family systems and cognitive-behavioral theory in her treatment and has developed programming to address body and eating-related issues for schools.

Dr. Dumont is a partner and the Director of Development at Comprehensive Mental Health Services in Pennington, N.J. where she specializes in helping adolescents and young adults. She provides mental health services in public schools for students in need. As a volunteer, she helped to develop a community-based mental health organization.
